About Me

A full-time real estate professional for 12 years, Holly Black is known for integrity, assertiveness, and compassion in all of her dealings. She has experience in both a buyer’s and seller’s market that has proven invaluable in educating and advising her clients. Whether you are an investor looking for a fixer-upper, a first-time homebuyer or a California transplant looking for that perfect modern farmhouse on at least 5 acres, Holly will provide you with the red carpet treatment before, during and long after the closing.

Holly lived in Bellevue for 12 years and moved to Fairview in 2006. While she is able to help buyers and sellers in all of Greater Nashville, her main area of focus is West Nashville (Williamson, Dickson, Davidson, Maury and Hickman Counties). Holly was featured as the local expert for Fairview in the 2018 edition of Nashville’s Real Producers magazine. She is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Nashville/Franklin office. In 2019, she was ranked 44 on the RealTrends list for individual agent volume in Tennessee.

Holly has also been a Dave Ramsey ELP provider for the past 7 years.
On a personal note, Holly has an undergraduate degree from Auburn University and a masters degree from Vanderbilt. She is married to Ian Black, who is a creative director/graphic designer and chief marketing director of Country Road TV (home to the television show Larry’s Country Diner).
